(Internal + 1 day reporting). Performed by Cloud Productivity, asseses output from proces-identification workshop to define estimates for building apps for new processes.

Output presentation

(Customer round-table). Initiated by Cloud Productivity and subsequently conducted by customer. Discuss findings from workshop and output analysis to prioritize findings for subsequent workshops

Business Hackathon

(1 day workshop). Level 100 session for LOB stakeholders

Build session

(2 days development). Hosted by Cloud Productivity. Using the findings from the previous workshop, start building apps

LOB & POC

(stakeholder round-table). Conducted by customer. When app(s) have reached beta stage, do testing and proof-of-concept with LOB stakeholders and collect feedback for iteration before production stage.

Production readiness session
