About the role: 

Our Business Automation Solutions team designs, builds, and operates intelligent IT automations that improve reliability, security, compliance, and efficiency across both customer-facing and internal environments. 

We are now looking for our new Automation Specialist. Location for the role wil be Oslo or Drammen (Norway), Aarhus or Ballerup (Denmark), Sweeden or Latvia. 

Our mission is to eliminate manual, error-prone operational tasks by transforming them into scalable, repeatable, and auditable automated solutions. We work across infrastructure, security, and operations domains to reduce risk, optimize performance, and accelerate service delivery. 

What you’ll work on: 

• End-to-end automation of infrastructure and operational workflows 

• Infrastructure automation and optimization 

• Security, compliance, and risk reduction 

• Network and platform automation 

So, who are you? 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT automation and orchestration 

• Hands-on experience with Azure and VMware 

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Ansible and Terraform 

• Experience with automation and orchestration in ServiceNow (a plus) 

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven mindset 

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
